- The Elizabeth Stampede is a fun, action-packed Rodeo event that originated back in 1965 and continues annually in the first week of June at the Casey Jones Park in downtown Elizabeth. During this weekend the town lights up, turns on the tunes and residents and people from all over the region join in on the fun and festivities during this three-day celebration. Notable events during the Elizabeth Stampede include: Community Rodeo, Concert, Dance Bands, Parade, Xtreme Bulls and the PRCA Rodeo.
- The Rambler Ranch is an incredible museum mainly showcasing classic cars, but also features retro displays, appliances, a 1950’s diner, a 1920’s Sinclair Gas Station Replica and so much more. This museum is basically like Disneyland for the car lover and a collectors paradise! Tours are by appointment only and the small fee of $15 per person is well worth the experience.
- Spring Valley Golf Club is a privately owned, public facility situated at an elevation of 6800 feet and surrounded by 429 acres of rolling hills. It’s a challenging 18-hole championship course set in beautiful surroundings. After a round of golf, relax in The Lounge which offers a variety of menu and beverage options and great service at a reasonable price.
